I always have huge expectations especially when I participated on the workshops delivered from international experts. From national experts that I know, I know what to expected, a lot or a less.
Working on PD of teachers in School-based assessment is one of my responsibilities in my present post. Why that I have to gain from this workshop as much as possible.
First I'm expect to develop new ideas for organizing cascade PD or training as we use to say. (Please not marked using this word on the table).
Second I expect to mprove my praktice in facilitating.

Gorica, I am so very pleased to have you at this workshop. You were part of our plans for PEP from the very begging and now we are all benefiting from your skills, knowledge and commitment to improving education in Macedonia. Knowing your high standards and your professional expectations help John and I work hard to achieve them. You are an important leader in education in Macedonia and it is through your leadership that others will learn to become stronger professionals.
